Powerhouse Youth

MARK 16:15

And He said to them, Go into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

The Wall is an online ministry where the youth and leaders of the PowerHouse Youth Ministry lead people to Jesus Christ over the internet.

They follow a script already written for them to use through a program designed by our church called “Netbreaker”. They simply ask people the question, if they died today do they know for sure that they would go to heaven. If the person is not born again they are given the opportunity to say the prayer of salvation.

The Wall is open every time the youth meets on Wednesdays and Sundays. On occasion we hold a marathon where we spend 3-4 hours online getting people born again.

2 Chronicles 5:13- Indeed it came to pass when the trumpeters and singers were as one to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the Lord, and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music and praised the Lord saying, For He is good, For His mercy endures forever.

IGNITE is the Praise and Worship Band for the PowerHouse Youth Ministry. They usher in the Holy Spirit for each meeting and set the stage for an awesome time of preaching. IGNITE also ministers at a yearly youth convention during the summer.

IGNITE meets every Sunday at 6:00 p.m. and on Wednesday’s as needed.

ZEPHANIAH 3:9-13

For then will I turn the people a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of the Lord, to serve him with one consent. (vs. 9)

The remnant of Israel shall not do iniquity, nor speak lies; neither shall a deceitful tongue be found in their mouth; for they shall feed and lie down, and none shall make them afraid. (vs. 13)

The Remnant drama team is a ministry of the PowerHouse Youth Ministry of Faith Christian Center used as an awesome tool to spread the good news of Jesus Christ.

Remnant ministers in their church, youth group, at youth conferences and any other event that the Lord gives an opportunity for them to minister.

Remnant meets every Wednesday at 7:00 and on Sundays at 5:30 before youth group.

ISAIAH 12:3 & 4

And in that day shall you say, Praise the Lord, call upon His name, declare His doings among the people, make mention that His name is exalted.

Sing unto the Lord; for he has done excellent things; this is known in all the earth.

The youth choir of the PowerHouse Youth Ministry always have a song for the Lord in their heart and look forward to every opportunity to let others know.

They minister in their church and youth group as well as being involved in plays, musicals and skits.

They meet every Wednesday at 6:00 and on occasional Sundays at 6:30 before youth group.

EPHESIANS 4:16

From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplies, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, making increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.

The Power Team is a group of young adults (ages 18-22) who have a heart to serve God. They help in the youth ministry by planning events, planning games for Sunday night youth group, doing skits, getting involved in activities and being that big brother or sister to that teen that needs it.

They are always learning how to serve God and how to grow their own personal walk with the Lord.

The Power Team meets every other Sunday at 6:00.
